What is Self-Love?

Take care of your well-being before you are being force to take.
Quit smoking or any other habit that will affect your health is part of self-love.
Smokers or drinkers all know very well that by smoking and drinking will do harm to their body. But they just simply can’t stop.
I have never ask any of my friends to quit smoking or drinking. As I deeply know that it is never an easy path for them to embark on.
I’m going to share with all of you why I have such a big determination to quit smoking based on my previous post on the 3 questions.
Point 1: I start smoking when I’m 18years old, just simply want to feel being part of my friends group.
Point 2: I missed my grandma in heaven who was also a smoker and i feel that only when I’m smoking I can be united with her. I’m not able to forget the scene when I saw her leaving this world in front of me with her eye widely opened.
Point 3: I want to have a baby and I feel that smoking may be part of the reason that affect my pregnancy.
When I learn to let go of what I cannot changed, I know deeply that I need to quit smoking and take good care of my well-being.
Once I gained clarity and make the final determination to quit smoking. I finally did it in December 2011.
Miracle really happened 🥰
